BOOKING: (OPTION 1) Please use our online booking form above. This will provisionally book your holiday with us at Riverside Park. Once we have received this provisional booking form one of our representatives will contact you to confirm your booking and take your deposit either by credit or debit card. A deposit of £100.00 per week or short break booked will be taken. You will then receive a receipt and invoice showing the balance which is due 28 days before arrival. Payment in full is required if your booking is made less than 28 days before arrival.

BOOKING: (OPTION 2) Print off our PRINTABLE BOOKING FORM which can be found by pressing the button at the top of this page. Please complete in BLOCK CAPITALS and return with a deposit of £100.00 per week or short break booked. You will receive a receipt and invoice showing the balance which is due 28 days before arrival. Payment in full is required if your booking is made less than 28 days before arrival.

CANCELLATION: To safeguard you against unforeseen circumstances we recommend subscribing to our Cancellation Plan. (Only applicable if booking is made at least 30 days prior to the commencement of the booking). Please see below for terms and conditions of the cancellation plan.

We are sorry no all male or all female parties under the age of 25.

EQUIPMENT: All of our holiday accommodation are fully equipped (including all bed linen) with the exception of towels and tea towels which you should bring with you. They are equipped for the maximum amount of people able to stay within the particular unit.

ELECTRICITY & GAS: This is included in all of our caravan hire fleet and cottages during your stay.

PETS WELCOME: Pets are welcome at Riverside Park at a charge of £15 per week per pet or £10 per pet per short break (max 2). Pets must be kept on leads at all times when on park and kept off beds and furniture and must not be left unattended in the caravans or cottages.

TRAVEL COTS: Cots are available free of charge if required. Please bring your own cot linen and indicate on booking form.

KEY COLLECTION: Keys for cottages and caravans are to be collected from Riverside Park Reception. Keys must be collected between 3pm-5pm. If you are planning to arrive after 5pm, please contact the reception to make alternative arrangements for collection of keys.

DEPARTURE: All cottages and caravans must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.
