Riverscape & Wooden Lodge Hire Tariff – Prices Per Week

2 & 3 BEDROOM CARAVANS – Prices are based on up to 4 persons sharing. Each additional person
over 5 years old add £30.00 per week or £15.00 per short break. (Max 6 persons).

RIVERSIDE COTTAGES – Prices based on 4 persons sharing.

Short break consists of either the weekend, Fri–Mon (3 nights) or Midweek, Mon–Fri (4 nights).
Subject to availability.

BOOKING – To book please use our online booking form or our Printable Booking form which can be found on the Online Booking Form page. If using the printable booking form, please complete in BLOCK CAPITALS and return with a deposit of £100.00 per week or short break booked. You will receive a receipt and invoice showing the balance which is due 28 days before arrival. Payment in full is required if your booking is made less than 28 days before arrival.

CANCELLATION – To safeguard you against unforeseen circumstances we recommend subscribing
to our Cancellation Plan. (Only applicable if booking is made at least 28 days prior to the commencement of the booking). Please see below for terms and conditions of the cancellation plan. For full terms and conditions, please click on the cancellation plan.

EQUIPMENT – All of our holiday accommodation are fully equipped (including all bed linen) with the
exception of towels and tea towels which you should bring with you. They are equipped for the
maximum amount of people able to stay within the particular unit.

ELECTRICITY & GAS – This is included in all of our caravan hire fleet and cottages during your stay.

PETS WELCOME – Pets are welcome at Riverside Park at a charge of £15 per week per pet or £10 per pet per short break (max 2). Pets must be kept on leads at all times when on park and kept off beds and furniture and must not be left unattended in the caravans or cottages.

COTS – Cots are available free of charge if required. Please bring your own cot linen and indicate on booking form.

KEY COLLECTION – Keys for cottages and caravans are to be collected from Riverside Park
Reception. Keys must be collected between 3pm-5pm. If you are planning to arrive after 5pm, please contact the reception to make alternative arrangements for collection of keys.

ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES – All cottages and caravans are available after 3pm and must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.
