The side door opens to a large hallway offering plenty of storage space with doors to an open plan living room comprising of lounge area with ample seating. Large flat screen tv with dvd
and freeview. There are full fronted glass patio doors onto the private decking area directly
over looking the river allowing you to enjoy this tranquil location. A large dining table will sit 6 people comfortably.

The large modern kitchen has a vaulted ceiling with skylights and is equipped with every imaginable convenience including over-size range cooker, integrated dishwasher, washing
machine, fridge freezer and microwave.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, fitted wardrobes and an en suite bathroom with large shower, hand basin and WC. The second bedroom has twin beds and fitted wardrobes. The family bathroom has a bath with shower over, wash basin, WC and heated towel rail.
