Try Before You Buy
Spend a weekend in our hire fleet at Riverside Park and explore our park facilities at your leisure. Use the river taxis to town and back, find a quiet upstream peg for fishing and join the fun at our clubhouse with live entertainment at weekends. We are so confident that once you have experienced our parks and their facilities you too will want to show them off to your family and friends, with your very own holiday home.

Flotation Systems
Owning a holiday home along the banks of the River Avon has many advantages, beautiful scenery, over a mile of free fishing and the ability to launch boats and canoes at your leisure. We are aware of the ever changing climate and as a precaution we fit flotation systems to all our holiday homes for sale.



The flotation system is measured and manufactured to each individual holiday home. The floats are then fitted to the chassis of the caravan and attached to a piston or cantilever system. Both systems will allow the holiday home to rise up to 12ft high and return to their original position (see diagrams). Examples of both systems can be viewed on our parks and explained in further detail by the sales team.

Resale Rights Agreement
• Gives rights to re-sell your caravan on park for the first 10 years of its life from new.
• The term of this agreement runs for 10 years.
• This agreement is based on the 'Code of Practice' of the B.H & H.P.A and N.C.C
• Sub-letting affects your rights.
